Fruit Infused Water Recipes
Water is the primary component of our cells, organs, and tissues. We lose a significant portion of water through sweat in an effort to cool down and regulate our body temperature in order to maintain a baseline level of functionality. This fluid loss must be replenished in order to protect our bodies from dehydration. So, let’s make it delicious!
July Fields:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1 tsp fresh lavender leaves
- 5 cups fresh water
- Whisk together and serve on ice
Lime & Vanilla Spritzer
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- ¼ cup key lime juice
- 1 orange (½ cup juice)
- 4 cups water
- Whisk together and serve on ice
Pomegranate Flair
- 10 fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup pom juice
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 4 cups water
- Whisk together and serve on ice
